How we do it

OCC offers only onsite service here in Austin, our office is used only for technician dispatch and internal business purposes. We keep our prices low by offering highly trained technicians to specific tasks they are suited to. For example, we higher A+ and Network+ technicians primarily for our residential service, but for businesses we staff MCP 's and CCNA's for more complicated tasks.
