OCC Real Time Network Monitoring (RNM) $200 $99

With OCC's Real Time Network Monitoring (RNM), our technicians are able to actively record and monitor the health and security of your bushiness' IT infrastructure without interfering with your day to day operations. Issues are addressed before problems arise, reducing or eliminating down time. RNM is included in each of our service call retainers, or offered as a stand alone product for the discounted price of $99 per month. RMN reduces overall costs for our clients money by removing the need to suffer extended downtime for foreseeable vulnerabilities. Optionally, our clients can choose remote support options in conjunction with RNM, providing direct service in real time.

OCC Client Ticket Monitoring (CTM) (one time fee of $200)

OCC's CTM system allows our clients to keep records of their IT infrastructure, request service, as well as monitor existing service requests and activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any service request can be monitored and altered by the client account representative. Tickets can be generated by the client, and the status of that ticket, along with any corresponding service is available instantly via the client login. Upon registration, our technicians audit all network infrastructure to document detailed network specifications on our secure servers. This information is available to OCC and the clients account representative, and is preserved or destroyed on request. CTM is available with any of our service packages.

10 hour Full Service Package - $425-- $379
Our 10 hour package gives small businesses the flexibility to have their networks monitored and serviced by IT professionals without having to pay large monthly fees. This retainer is best suited for businesses that either have a small staff, or have a staff with a great deal of IT expertise. This package includes Real Time Network Monitoring, and Client Ticket Monitoring at no additional monthly charge.

24 hour Full Service Package - $1000---- $699
With our 24 hour FSP we offer all of our services on a month to month basis with 24 hours of service available. This gives small businesses the freedom of a virtual IT department with a full service staff. In our Full Service Packages OCC offers phone support, remote assistance, and onsite support up to 24 hours per month. As with any of our full service packages, as soon as an issue is passed to us from our client, we take complete responsibility of the issue, and walk it through to resolution. No second phone call, no waiting around. Most issues are resolved within hours. This package includes Real Time Network Monitoring, and Client Ticket Monitoring.

40 hour Full Service Package - $1400---- $999
With our 40 hour FSP we offer all of our services on a month to month basis with a full 40 hours of service available. Finally have the freedom from travel fees and billing hours and downtime. Computers and network downtime can be expensive, not only in lost productivity, but in wasted time by paid employees. In our Full Service Packages OCC offers phone support, remote assistance, and onsite support up to 40 hours per month. As with any of our full service packages, as soon as an issue is passed to us from our client, we take complete responsibility of the issue, and walk it through to resolution. No second phone call, no waiting around. Most issues are resolved within hours. This package includes Real Time Network Monitoring, and Client Ticket Monitoring.
