OCC Real time network Monitoring (RNM)

With OCC's Real Time Network Monitoring (RNM), our technicians are able to actively record and monitor the health and security of your bushiness' IT infrastructure without interfering with your day to day operations. Issues are addressed before problems arise, reducing or eliminating down time. RNM is included in each of our service call retainers, or offered as a stand alone product . RNM reduces overall costs for our clients by removing the need to suffer extended downtime by foreseeable vulnerabilities. Optionally, our clients can choose remote support options in conjunction with RNM, providing direct service in real time.

OCC Client Ticket Monitoring (CTM)

OCC's CTM system allows our clients to keep records of their IT infrastructure, request service, as well as monitor existing service requests and activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any service request can be monitored and altered by the client account representative. Tickets can be generated by the client, and the status of that ticket, along with any corresponding service is available instantly via the client login. Upon registration, our IT professionals audit all network infrastructure to document detailed network specifications on our secure servers. This information is available to OCC and the clients account representative, and is preserved or destroyed on request. CTM is available with any of our service packages.

Monthly Full Service Package

OCC offers full IT management at a single monthly price with no long term contracts. RNM, CTM, remote, telephone, and onsite support are all included in this package. Please contact us for pricing.
